At Hamptons Pharmacy - Our Medication Review provides an opportunity for you to sit down one-on-one with our Pharmacist to help identify and resolve common medication-related issues so you can get the most benefit from your medication.
This medication review include medication therapy reviews, immunizations, health and wellness programs and many other clinical services.

Your pharmacist provides you information on how to use your medication to avoid unwanted effects. However, things become more complicated when you are on more than one medication. More considerations need to be made, and your input is vital. The safety and effectiveness of your medications is our top priority.
Consider that many things affect how medications work in your body which your pharmacist or doctor may not be apprised of, including changes to:
